Shouhrat Javed is the Managing Director of ABS Wellness Club, where she leads the company's strategic growth, operations, business development, branding, and innovation. She is responsible for driving the organization's long-term vision while ensuring operational excellence across all business verticals.
Under her leadership, ABS Wellness Club has expanded to three locations across Lahore, serving more than 5,000 registered members and employing over 150 professionals. She has played a pivotal role in transforming ABS into an integrated wellness ecosystem that combines fitness, education, nutrition, and healthy living under one brand.
Passionate about innovation and sustainable business growth, Shouhrat believes wellness extends beyond the gym floor. Her vision is to build Pakistan's leading wellness ecosystem by integrating fitness, education, nutrition, and community — while creating meaningful employment opportunities, developing internationally qualified fitness professionals, and inspiring more women to lead, innovate, and succeed in business.
